We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use this app for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:
The app uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication. No account registration is required. A random unique identifier (UID) is automatically assigned to your device session. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your device. We store only your quiz results associated with this anonymous UID — no personal information is collected.
The app will ask for your permission to send push notifications. If granted, notifications will be used only to alert you when a new daily quiz is ready to play. Notification permission is entirely optional — you can deny or revoke it at any time in your device settings without losing any app functionality.
All quiz content, design, and code within the app are the property of the developer. You may not reproduce or distribute any quiz content without prior written permission.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that quiz content is error-free at all times, or that the service will be uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Effective Date" at the top will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
